Lisa Garber - 3 Simple, Natural Ways for Detoxing Your Body

© naturalsociety.com
From NaturalSociety.com - Aug 31: 2012

As much as we would like to believe otherwise, avoiding toxins in today’s environment is near-impossible. In a 2005 study, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) found 60 toxic compounds in over 2,000 people across America. These toxins included dioxins and uranium, not to mention mercury from fish, pesticides from conventionally grown produce, and various off-gassed chemicals from plastic shower curtains and new cars. This is why it’s important to know of simple ways for detoxing your body – and to do so regularly.

Remember to detox at your own, healthy pace and inquire with a holistic physician, especially if you’re attempting your first fasting detox. The good news about all three of these detox methods is that you can do small amounts of it every day or go all-out for three. Keep in touch with your body; you know it best.

Detoxing Your Body Naturally – 3 Simple Solutions
  1. Juice

Juicing isn’t just a trendy way to lose weight or consume more greens—it’s a powerful tool for detoxing your body. Mix organic vegetables with greens and purified water and have as a snack daily, or, if you’re experienced, power yourself through a fast. Juicing isn’t part of the famed Gerson cancer therapy for nothing. This is also one great way for how to detox your body naturally using healing foods. Check out our article on juicing for more tips.
  1. Drink lemon water

Beginners should start every day with a glass of lemon water; it is among natural liver cleansing foods, which are major players in the body’s detoxification process. (It even fights fat and boosts your immune system.) Those experienced in fasting might attempt the lemon-water-cayenne-pepper-maple-syrup fast, which lets the GI tract rest and gives your liver more energy and minerals to do its job.
  1. Sweat

One of the body’s natural method of toxin removal is sweating, which is why we advocate moderate exercise and even the occasional venture into a dry sauna. Used in conjunction with other methods, like drinking water with lemon or juicing, sweating can help with detoxing the body.

Perhaps the best combination with sweating toxins out, however, is consuming niacin, or vitamin B3. Your skin will flush and you may experience some discomfort, but the niacin is, over several days and increased dosages, breaking fat cells. Guess what’s in these cells? Toxins. When the toxins are released, they’re sweated out or removed via urine or the GI tract. You’ll be that much closer to a detoxed body. Food grade activated charcoal is also another fantastic detox agent.

Naomi Wolf: The Male Circumcision Question

© Guardian UK
Portrait, author and activist Naomi Wolf, 10/19/11.
From Sott.net - August 29, 2012
(Originally published at the Guardian)

Parents considering male circumcision have a right to expect objective medical advice, untainted by commercial interests. Matt Williams, an expectant father, stirred up strong debate this week in his Guardian essay on why he won't let his newborn son be circumcised. Referring to a new edict from the American Academy of Pediatrics insisting that "the health benefits of circumcision" outweigh the negatives, Williams spoke for many parents in demurring with this conventional wisdom, expressing the many reasons for his unease.

He pointed out that this delicate decision is often mystified by conflicting advice. The studies upon which the pediatricians rely, he noted, often have to do with highly specific data: the risks in Africa of Aids transmission in uncircumcised men, for instance. And he argued, quite fairly (though he wisely does not equate them), that the pediatricians' odd invocation of parental "religious" and cultural motivations for circumcision, and their assertion that these views should be respected quite apart from medical considerations, is a position that would be resisted if invoked by those who wanted to cut off bits of newborn girls' genitals.

Williams is not alone. A growing movement of men has arisen to decry the practice of circumcision as a mutilation they feel they have undergone, which they say is barbaric, traumatic and sexually desensitizing. But is circumcision indeed emotionally traumatic to newborn boys? And is it, separately considered, physically damaging?

Thanks to research for my new book on the brain-vagina connection, I have a fair number of conversations these days with neuroscientists who study the data on this link. A significant body of literature does exist showing that trauma to the vagina or clitoris affects the female brain in ways far more substantial and lasting than the obvious post-traumatic one would expect from the physical injury alone.

So it is reasonable to wonder if the injury of male circumcision (though hardly comparable to female genital mutilation) could, as many claim, have some lasting emotional or psychological effect on men and the male brain - apart from, or in addition to, any physical harm from the incision.

Two neuroscientists I interviewed about potential harm from male circumcision came to very different conclusions: one, Professor Jim Pfaus, who is doing cutting-edge research on sexual neuroscience at Concordia University in Montreal, Quebec, notes that the data do not show any lasting harm from circumcision that is physical, and he agrees with the AAP that the medical benefits of the practice do outweigh the negatives. He makes a strong case that the movement against circumcision is not scientifically sound.

But the other neuroscientist, based in Midwestern university, who asked not to be named when he spoke to me (because his view is not medical orthodoxy) does indeed see harm in male circumcision that is less obvious than its potential medical consequences. He studies the effect of genital or sexual trauma on the body - a data set that now has many studies to support the assertion of strong mind-body connections. Sexual trauma in childhood specifically has lasting effects on the autonomic nervous system.

A neuroscientist who studies trauma regards emotions as physically embodied. This neuroscientist believes that the emotional experience of a newborn boy being cut in this intimate way by an authority figure, and a source of what should be love and protection, does imprint itself on the infant mind and create, potentially, a particular later orientation toward authority and risk.

"What kind of person does that trauma create?" I asked.

"Woody Allen," he joked. (Since he himself is Jewish, I gave him a pass.)

He said he had circumcised his own sons - out of anxiety of what another less careful hand might do - and that his second son's procedure was definitely traumatic. Apart from the baby's experience, it is painful and counterintuitive for a new mother to witness her baby being hurt, eight days after she has given birth. Many mothers, even those who sign on for male circumcision for their child for religious or cultural reasons, find the experience traumatic. They feel that the strongly-held religious conviction in the rite of circumcision - whatever the science finally concludes - definitely sends a powerful message to a lactating mother still recovering from childbirth that she cannot protect her baby boy from the most rapacious demands of patriarchal ritual.

For these reasons, advocacy organizations for "genital integrity", as they put it, for men are growing in number and in passion. These organizations are also gathering data to support their views.

Noharmm, for instance, collects testimonials from men who feel they have been harmed by circumcision. Most damningly, though, they offer a different explanation for the AAP pronouncement: commercial interest. Doctors Opposing Circumcision has published a detailed statement (pdf) rebutting the AAP's advice in damning terms. Anticipating the AAP finding in favor of male circumcision, the DOP earlier stated (pdf):
"The AAP, despite its high-sounding academic name, actually is a trade association of pediatric doctors. Its primary duty is to advance the business and professional interests of its 60,000 members who are called "fellows". The interests of its child-patients are a distant second to their primary interest.

"There is a severe and intractable conflict of interest between the financial interests of its fellows and the best interests of the child-patient. Most of its fellows perform non-therapeutic circumcisions on children and profit thereby. These members do not want anything to interfere or disrupt their steady income stream. The AAP will not publish a statement that would harm that income stream. The AAP ensures the outcome of its circumcision statements by appointing doctors who are known to have a pro-circumcision position."
To cut or not to cut? That is very personal question, which each parent must decide for him- or herself. But parents deserve real science in making up their minds, as well as transparency from professional bodies offering what is, ostensibly, purely medical advice. Parenting comes with enough difficult challenges and hard choices already, without undisclosed conflicts of interest from a pediatricians' organization - especially when it affects such an intimate part of a newborn child's life.

Ohio woman raped, severely burned and beaten

From Sott.net - August 28, 2012
(Originally published at The Columbus Dispatch)

It was a quiet Sunday morning as the motorist made his way along a country road in Muskingum County. But what he drove upon spoke of a night of terror and horrible violence.

"I have a woman right here. She's burnt severely. She's been raped, and she's been beat up," the man told a 911 dispatcher.

The woman, he said, was lying in the middle of the road, naked and scorched over much of her body and with a rope around her neck.

She can be heard moaning on the tape.

"We need a medic," the man says.

The dispatcher asks the man whether the victim can give her name.

He replies that she's so injured, "I can barely understand her."

Seven minutes after the 8:34 a.m. call, the same man calls 911 again, imploring the medics to get there quickly because "she's a mess."

The dispatcher promises that help is on the way, but "you're quite a ways out there."

The man was, indeed, quite a ways out there. Driving along Rt. 208, between Dresden and Adamsville, he found the woman near Steel Hill Road, in the northern part of the county and about 70 miles from Columbus.

It was a miracle she was still alive. Authorities say she probably was set on fire. She somehow made her way from woods to the road with much of her body covered in fourth-degree burns, which go as deep as muscle and bone.

Muskingum County Sheriff Matt Lutz called the attack "one of the most-gruesome things I've ever seen in 23 1/2 years in law-enforcement."

The woman, whose name isn't being used because she is a rape victim, was in "very critical condition" at Ohio State University's Wexner Medical Center yesterday, Lutz said.

Authorities are still trying to piece together what happened to the victim, a 29-year-old from Canton.

Lutz didn't know when the woman was attacked, but he said authorities had found a "crime scene" in woods in the nearby Tri-Valley Wildlife Area. He wouldn't give details.

He also said that the attack didn't appear to be random, but he didn't say why.

Muskingum County deputy sheriffs traveled to Canton, where they seized a vehicle that was then searched for evidence by the Ohio Bureau of Criminal Investigation, Lutz said.

According to WBNS-TV (Channel 10), the truck belonged to the victim's father and was found at a McDonald's restaurant near downtown Canton.

WBNS-TV said the woman's father told a Cleveland television station that he last saw his daughter on Friday morning. She and a friend borrowed the truck and said they would return in a few minutes.

When they didn't, the father started to look for her and eventually called authorities.

"This is a vicious animal," the father said of whoever nearly killed his daughter. "They ought to be taken off the street and put away."

Authorities spent the day in Canton gathering evidence. Among items they took were gas cans, although Lutz and other officials wouldn't say where they were found.

Anyone with information is asked to call the Muskingum County sheriff's office at 740-452-3637 and choose 1 from the menu.

It's called TV programming for a reason: Children exposed to sex on screen go on to be promiscuous

The study showed that young people who
are exposed to sex on screen tend to lose their virginity
at an earlier age and be more promiscuous
From Sott.net - August 28, 2012
(Originally published at Daily Mail)

Children who watch films with a high sexual content tend to lose their virginity earlier and have more partners, a study has found.

Not only are they more promiscuous, they are also more likely to engage in risky sex by not using condoms.

The six-year study of more than 1,200 teens refers to sexual content in films but campaigners against online porn say it could equally apply to videos on the internet.

They point out that children can now see a lot more sexual imagery online than they ever did at the cinema - meaning that the effect will be magnified. Pornographic images and videos are freely available on the net, many on sites with no age verification procedures at all, putting children at risk.

The NSPCC warns that young male teens are now pressurising their girlfriends to copy what they see on porn films downloaded from the internet.

Other reviews have found that exposure to porn makes boys more likely to view girls as sex objects.

The Daily Mail is campaigning for an automatic block on online porn. Over-18s would be able to see adult material only if they specifically opted in.

The study on the effect on younger teenagers of sex in films was published in Psychological Science, the peer-reviewed journal of the Association for Psychological Science.

Researchers from Dartmouth College, an Ivy League university in the US, surveyed 684 top-grossing movies from 1998 to 2004, and then coded them for sexual content.

A film such as Eyes Wide Shut would be coded highly, while Lord Of The Rings: The Return Of The King would get a low coding. Although some of the films had 18-ratings, they could have been seen by younger children on DVDs at home.

The researchers then recruited 1,228 youngsters aged between 12 and 14, and each was asked which films on the list they had seen from a number of different collections of 50 that were randomly selected.

Six years later the same participants were surveyed to find out how old they were when they became sexually active and how risky their sexual behaviour might have been.

The results indicated that exposure to sexual content in movies at an early age is likely to influence adolescents' sexual behaviour.

Lead researcher Dr Ross O'Hara said: 'Much research has shown that adolescents' sexual attitudes and behaviours are influenced by media. But the role of movies has been somewhat neglected, despite other findings that movies are more influential than TV or music.'

Speaking about the results of his study, Dr O'Hara said: 'Adolescents who are exposed to more sexual content in movies start having sex at younger ages, have more sexual partners, and are less likely to use condoms with casual sexual partners.'

Daily Mail campaign to block online porn
The researchers said movies could have this effect on adolescents because of a personality trait they dub 'sensation-seeking'.

Between the ages of ten and 15, the tendency to seek more novel and intense stimulation of all kinds peaks. The wild hormonal surges of adolescence makes judicious thinking a bit more difficult.

Dr O'Hara said that greater exposure to sexual content in movies at a young age actually led to a higher peak in 'sensation-seeking' during adolescence.

He said: 'These movies appear to fundamentally influence their personality through changes in sensation-seeking, which has far-reaching implications for all of their risk-taking behaviours.'

And although Dr O'Hara said it was impossible to prove a direct causal effect between such films and sexual behaviour, he added: 'This study, and its confluence with other work, strongly suggests that parents need to restrict their children from seeing sexual content in movies at young ages.'

Pippa Smith, of pressure group Safermedia, said the findings were just as relevant to online images as they were to movies.

Comment:   Update 1/14/2013 Proverb has now been replaced with seduction, from seduce, a split rooted word tied to the self + to lead, which basically means serving oneself as primary thinking. I was obviously searching for something within the third part of scientific method that would help us understand the influences that could be recognized again within that segment in comparison to others as part of the methodology to reorganize said system. Symbology has now picked up way too much analogy and needs to be understood and addressed.

Update 12/29/2012 Grisly referenced replaced with proverb

original comment:

If you visit Daily Mail, you will experience the degradation of women as a theme, properly referred to as the "grisly," or rub. Grisly is by chance an adjective not an adverb as expected, and specifically placed with the word "Christ," an agent provacatuer of word associations which follows directly the concepts of grade in language sequence. When we are told that "Christ," is a sacred word, one needs to view the words that are strongly associated with it, as grisly is defined as inspiring repugnance, terrifying, and to frighten as to grate on the mind. With that said, Christianity of today is not what it may have originally been as repugnance and the acceptance and promotion of world wars is quite acceptable to the annointed smear that these so-called believers claim. This also ties in strongly with the overall demeanor they represent, one that you can feel is deluded in meaning and strongly associated with programming the mind to accept both the lie of "he died for me," as a formal congress and the incestuousness of greed in gender where the eyes are made blind. The idea that Daily Mail thinks it has a stance against pornography seems a bit overboard and a ploy to cover their true colors. I thank Sott.net for pulling off these articles so we can read them without viewing half naked women, as visiting the site itself is pathetic. The last sentence says it all.

One might immediately ask, what does the word "Christ," actually mean? Imagine if you will that the concept of gravity is made dynamic and you will begin to understand its truer meaning. The letter G is quite that and a formal convection that is assumed. Learn more about etymology at KnowingTest.

Hebrew Bible: Plagiarized Mythology and Defaced Monotheism

From Veterans Today - Aug 20, 2012

Many are the stories that were told in the Hebrew Bible, but the greatest story that is yet to be told is the story of the Hebrew Bible itself.

Dr. Ashraf Ezzat

The relationship with gods/god has always been one of man’s oldest preoccupations, and still is till this very day. And while it’s fair to assume that Modern day man owes his advancement in philosophy and science to ancient Greece and its earliest thinkers, it’s equally fair, when it comes to the development of religion and the evolution of religious thinking, to give credence to the ancient civilizations of Egypt and Mesopotamia.

In fact, the earliest vestiges of human faith in God, as we know it today, are to be traced back to the valley of the river Nile and between the rivers Euphrates and Tigris. We’re surely to find the root of our belief in a supreme creator inscribed, in hieroglyphs and cuneiform, on the pyramids and papyri of ancient Egypt and on the clay tablets of Sumer And not within the confines of the Hebrew Bible, as many still believe.

And if we still cherish the Greek school of wisdom and science and continue to build on the teachings of Socrates, Plato, Aristotle and Pythagoras, I wonder why we stopped honoring the ancient gods of Egypt and Sumer and Babylon.

What has become of the mighty gods of the ancient Near East?  What happened to Anu and Enlil, what has become of the beautiful Goddess “Inanna” Ishtar … The one god, Aten, and what happened to the omnipotent Amun/Amen of Thebes? … Amen, whose name is still echoing in every house of prayers of all organized religions on earth?

How come we fail to recall any of the magnificent epics of Sumer (watch video of the epic of Gilgamesh) or the amazing mythology of Egypt (watch video of the Egyptian creation myth) whereas our kids know the stories of the Hebrew Bible by heart?

But then again, if our kids are to be introduced to the myths of ancient Egypt and the epics of Sumer (watch video of the Sumerian creation myth) they won’t feel like they are in a strange land. The stories of Sumer and Egypt will sound so familiar.
“A lot of the stories in the Old Testament are in fact plagiarized material, particularly from the rich mythical heritage of the Sumerians – the inventors of writing. The story of Noah and the flood story, the creation of man out of clay, Cain and Abel, the gardens of Eden, the tree of knowledge, creation of Eve from Adams rib, and numerous other myths, like the throwing of Moses after he was born in the river, are all but stories found recorded on Sumerian clay tablets dating 5000 years back in time”
… This has long been common knowledge amongst the scholars of history, archeology and anthropology, but I find it extremely necessary today, in the so called information age, to drag it out of the academia realm and expose it in the open before the public eyes.

YouTube - Veterans Today -

Why do we remember and celebrate legendary figures like David and Solomon who had no bearing on the human history course, while we hardly recognize the enormous impact historical figures like Akhenaten or Hammurabi had on how we today come to define monotheism and the rule of law. (Watch video of Hammurabi’s code of laws, some of which are echoed in Moses’s commandments)

But then, what do we, men of modern times, know or even care? … We were only told that in the beginning was the word. But according to history … it wasn’t.

In the beginning, was the river – the Nile in Egypt and Tigris and Euphrates in Mesopotamia. The river and the profound connection with nature gave the Egyptians and the Sumerians not only the stability and prosperity but also the craving to contemplate the creation of our cosmos and how life on earth came to be.

In other words, the river made the Egyptians and the Sumerians religious, and in a philosophical way. But does that mean that non-agricultural communities were not religious?

To answer that question, we first have to differentiate between religion and rituals. Most primitive communities, e.g., nomadic tribes like the Hebrews, had their local deities, as gods of war and fertility. On the other hand, a religion in ancient Egypt was not a religion of comfort or beneficence. It was an all-embracing doctrine, like a harmony that was observed by all the players in a big philharmonic orchestra. It was a way of life.

These Egyptian and Mesopotamian religions were Mythopoeic. Whereas our world view may be scientific or rational, so we tend to believe, these river civilizations adopted a world view based on myth.

The stark resemblance between Biblical
and Sumerian creation stories poses
some serious questions
The biggest copyright infringement in history
Now that we know that religion, with colossal temples and ziggurats and creation myths, first sprouted along the fertile banks of the Tigris and Euphrates in Mesopotamia and the river Nile in Egypt, how could we explain the dominance of Judaism, some tribal cult which supposedly originated (centuries later in time) amid the arid terrains of Canaan, over the Egyptian and Sumerian once thriving theologies?
Actually Judaism didn’t, surpass the influence of the Egyptian nor the Sumerian theology; this was a formidably hard task for any nomadic community to aspire for, instead Judaism did it the easy way.

As the antiquity era was approaching an end, and as the hieroglyphic and the cuneiform writings were getting extinct, the Hebrews simply stole the Egyptian and the Sumerian thunder. The Hebrew scribes, whom I presume knew what they were doing, copycatted the famous myths/epics of ancient Egypt and Sumer, in what could be the world’s first and yet the biggest copyright infringement, and stuffed their Bible with them.

The Hebrews as nomadic tribes, and later as tradesmen, were always on the move all over the Fertile Crescent that was bounded to the west by Egypt and to the east by Sumer and Babylon (Mesopotamia). Their constant journeys gave them access to the famous epics and stories/myths of the ancient Near East.
When The Hebrew scribes began to write down parts of their old testament/chronicles, which they never imagined, nor planned to be a holy Bible, it was not an overnight job, rather it was a lengthy and interrupted process that may have started around the time of the Assyrian invasion (722 BCE) of the Levant, during which all of Canaan was virtually an Egyptian province, and culminated around the time of the Hellenistic period (332-63 BCE)

Ancient Near East
While geography was the reason behind the development of the brilliant civilizations of both the Egyptians and the Sumerians, it was on the other side, and ironically enough, the main cause for the Hebrews’ misfortune.
Delivered to the savagery of the clans and Squeezed in a land barren and hostile between the ancient superpowers without any chance of military resistance or evolving further beyond the nomadic/unsettled structure, the Jews turned to metaphysics and began to fantasize.
In an atmosphere of despair and rage, especially after the Romans ruthlessly crushed what was seen as the last Hebrew disobedience (66-70 CE) the Jewish religious megalomaniac Messianic fantasies prospered.

The powerlessness of the Jews found an outlet in the myths and invented a glorious national history- something similar to what modern day Zionism did – avenging long years of ostracism and cruelty and dragging their enemy’s names through the dirt.

In the Bible, the Hebrew scribes unleashed the dagger of malevolence and took a stab at the superpowers of the ancient world, namely Egypt, Sumer and Babylon.
Through a prism of total prejudice and deeply seated grudge the Hebrew scribes wrote, page up and page down, not what really happened in ancient times, but rather what they wished had happened.
So, in their scrolls, the Hebrew scribes depicted Babel (Babylon) as the (hot bed of vice) with its tower in ruin, where in reality it stood 90 meters high, and Egypt as the land of slavery and tyranny, devastated by Yahweh’s gruesome punishments in the aftermath of which Egypt’s Pharaoh and his army drowned, where in fact, Egypt stood, for uninterrupted 3000 years, as one of the ancient world’s superpowers.

At that time, something quite weird, that only analytical psychology could explain, started taking place in the Hebrew Bible.
Everything the Israelites desperately longed for, namely a mythology with fascinating stories like that of the Sumerians, a religion with big temples like that of the Egyptians … and yes, a piece of land they could call home like everybody else, the Hebrew scribes made damn sure it was granted to them on the pages of their bible.
And in the process of making up a virtual/counterfactual history for the Israelites, the bible scribes had to simply rewrite the ancient Near Eastern history in a way that would make room for their tribal patriarchs to fit into the story.

Replacing Ziusudra with Noah, Enki with Adam, Sargon of Akkad with Moses and Aten with Yahweh, the Hebrew scribes gave the world one of its most inconsistent and confusing books ever. In a cunning way, the Hebrew scribes, as they wrote down the scripture of their Bible, had plagiarized the ancient Near Eastern wisdom and claimed it theirs.

Copying the ancient and profound Egyptian/Mesopotamian mythology by a bunch of mysterious Hebrew scribes was, from my perspective, the beginning of deterioration of the human religious thinking.

Defaced Monotheism

Unlike the Greek mythology, the ancient Near Eastern mythology was denied, by the demise of the ancient languages and the Hebrew alteration/defacement of its stories the golden opportunity of producing/fostering a European-like renaissance.

The Hebrews, appropriating what otherwise could have stayed as one of the world’s finest myths and theology, have turned it into a completely different thing.

They have molded it into a tribal thing; the universal nature of the Egyptian gods, e.g., Amun, Aten, had been twisted and refashioned to function only as the Hebrews’ own exclusive god, and hence the Hebrews as his own chosen people. And in a way this dominating concept of favoritism/nepotism has, and for the first time in the history of mankind, introduced/nurtured the idea of religious extremism.

Usurping the profound mythology of the ancient Near East by the Israelites, was like snatching the original score of Franz Schubert’s last and unfinished symphony and handing it over to some tribal drum player to finish the job. Need we ponder over the product of such undertaking? … Nothing short of a total catastrophe.

Some will argue that the echoing of the Sumerian and Egyptian myths and beliefs in the Hebrew Bible is but another example of interaction amongst the different cultures of the ancient Fertile Crescent.
“The literature created by the Sumerians left its deep impress on the Hebrews. To be sure, the Sumerians could not have influenced the Hebrews directly, for they had ceased to exist long before the Hebrew people came into existence. But there is little doubt that the Sumerians had deeply influenced the Canaanites, who preceeded the Hebrews in the land that later came to be known as Palestine” pp.143-4, “History Begins at Sumer” Samuel Noah Kramer.
Well, of course the Hebrews/Israelites were influenced by the Mesopotamian literature and the Egyptian Theology, especially that their nomadic origins denied them the luxury of frequenting the colossal temples and serving the mighty gods as those of Egypt and Babylon. But frankly, the Hebrew case was more than just another cultural interaction; it was an act of trespassing.

And even if by time, the Sumerian and Egyptian myths had probably turned into anecdotal tales of the distant past, how could we explain the reason/motive why the names of the main characters were extracted out and replaced by Hebrew counterfeits. … Evenmore, with all the previous presumptions overlooked, how could we forgive the Hebrews’ wickedness of ascribing all this wisdom to their tribal god?

As their scribes were tampering with the history and the mythology of the ancient Near East, and through their ignorance/deceit the Israelites messed up not only with the great stories of Egypt and Sumer but they also damaged the concept of universalism and pluralism that for years underlined the religious thinking of the ancient Near East.

As the Hebrew scribes were tramping over the history of the ancient Near East they rewrote/invented a mythical table of nations (sons of Noah) that, at the end, and through a long cycle of selective favoritism, came down and as expected to favoring the sons of Shem (founding myth of modern day Semitism)
And hence, the world through the tribal lens of the Israelites was only conceivable as Jews vs. Gentiles, This lingering duality complex that denied the Jews, till this very day, the ability to assimilate anywhere outside the psychological orbit of the tribe.
“Jew and Gentile are two worlds, between you Gentiles and us Jews there lies an unbridgeable gulf…There are two life forces in the world: Jewish and Gentile…I do not believe that this primal difference between Gentile and Jew is reconcilable…” – You Gentiles, page 9, by Maurice Samuel
Contrary to what many may believe the Hebrew bible did not come up with the idea of monotheism, the Egyptian king Akhenaten did that and centuries before Judaism, and as a matter of fact YHWH, the Israelites’ one god had a consort by the name ‘Asherah’

On the other hand, the Sumerian and Egyptian pantheon of gods were pyramidal/hierarchal in a way that was always leading to the concept of one and supreme god presiding over the pantheon atop the pyramid – aka Henotheism.

Sigmund Freud
In his famous book, Moses and monotheism, Sigmund Freud concluded that monotheism was not a Jewish but an Egyptian invention, descending from the cult of the Egyptian sun god Aten.  Moreover, upon applying his psychoanalysis to the myths/stories of the Hebrew bible, Freud not only argued that Moses was an Egyptian priest but he was also perplexed by how the whole story of Moses/Exodus, according to the oedipal pattern of analysis, was inverted and didn’t make sense the way it had been told. In other words the Hebrew myths/stories didn’t seem original.

Had he lived longer, delved deeper into the mythology of the ancient Near East, Freud would have reached the same startling conclusion about the origin of the Hebrew bible stories, as he did monotheism.

What Judaism actually added to the world’s religious thinking is something totally different and, at the same time, inherently harmful. Through their tribal and somehow shallow collective mentality, the Hebrews had planted the root of religious dogmatism and fanaticism when they allowed for the absurd idea of God’s chosen people to flourish and permeate the religious thinking from then on.

Unfortunately that religious extremism passed on to Christianity, which was supposed to act as a counterbalance to Judaism’s tribal vulgarity, until it reached its worst case in Islam.

What good is this kind of monotheism when its adherents, be it Jews, Christians or Muslims, are soaked to the arm pits in their fundamental belief/illusion that their god is the only true god and hence they are the true sons/believers … and that the others are just deluded people who somehow got lost along the way to salvation. Dividing the world into Jews and Goyim is simply the Jewish idea of monotheism, or in other words, the Jewish defacement of monotheism which we today and most unfortunately still endure through its long term fallouts.

What kind of god, who would favor a particular son and detest/abondon his others. This was something totally new to the Ancient Near East. May be the Egyptians had their own gods, but that did not prevent them from respecting Babylonian gods like Ishtar or acknowledging their power.

Even when Alexander the great or the Greeks, known as Ptolemies, invaded Egypt, they continued to worship the ancient Egyptian gods alongside theirs. And sometimes the ancient gods of the two cultures were combined (Syncretized) in one divinity, as in the brilliant example of the syncretized god, Serapis (half Greek, half Egyptian), who stood in glory for hundreds of years at the temples of ancient Alexandria and at the gate of its splendid library until his sanctuary was desecrated by the intolerant/extremist followers of early Christianity.

(Watch the tragic destruction of the ancient library of Alexandria and the sanctuary of Serapis by a fanatic Christian mob)

The prejudiced monotheism of Judaism, based mainly on the principle of nepotism/favoritism, was such a setback and a demeaning step, for the ancient religious thinking, compared to the monotheism of Akhenaten and his god Aten.  The Aten, contrary to the tribal version of Yahew, was a universal god, a sun disk that released and stretched out its rays all over the earth and blessed everybody, not just the Egyptians.

The Hebrew scribes, in a cheap bid to grant a piece of land to the Israelites, and through their deliberation/or thoughtlessness had managed to strip the literature of ancient Sumer and the mythology of Egypt of its mysticism, universalism and wisdom. Through their tampering with the rich theology of the Ancient near East, and by clumsily sticking their tribal god into its intricate and sublime design, the religious thinking and evolution has since been immersed in dogmatism, tainted with extremism and gone astray.

Comment: The Anti-gods were seemingly formed at least partially from the claim that was made from Assyrian for Akkadian which was an "as below, so above," construct and the intensification of the entrapment of the three laws known. The Indo-European languages are bound to the tandem where this proclamation may be fastened as a formal delusion, that is to say, the new kings were disallowing the exploration of both thought and emotion in hermetical fashion. It is suggested the neo Anti-gods in effective linguistics claimed that the letter E was also A, and retained the not as objectiveness for illusion. Upon examining the Hebrew language the notion of Pi is cleverly hidden as the new Bull, and the letter A has a strong symbology used as slight, then later described as nothing.

Male Fertility May Be in Trouble: Testosterone and Sperm Counts Plummet

From the Alliance for Natural Health - Aug 21, 2012

GMO foods could make it worse.

Testosterone deficiency is a serious health issue. It can lead to loss of stamina and lean muscle mass, reduced libido in both men and women, anxiety, depression, and cognitive decline. Growing research also suggests low testosterone levels might be linked to insulin resistance, metabolic syndrome, and type 2 diabetes.

Many of the herbicides and pesticides used in conventional farming are “environmental estrogens.” This means that their molecules mimic the activity of the human hormone estrogen, too much of which is not good for men or women; it also affects testosterone levels. Now GMO crops have likely exacerbated this problem. According to a recent animal study published in the journal Toxicology in Vitro, glyphosate (the active ingredient in Roundup, Monsanto’s widely used pesticide) often leaves a residue on Roundup Ready crops—and this can affect testosterone levels and men’s sperm counts. It is actually toxic to testicle cells, and significantly lowers testosterone synthesis.

In addition, GMOs themselves may cause infertility. In a brand new Russian study on hamsters, scientists observed that consumption of GM soybeans tended to slow their sexual maturation process and completely eliminated their ability to reproduce within just a few generations. An Austrian study uncovered similar infertility in third-generation mice that consumed GM corn.

Most people think of testosterone as being a men’s issue, but women also need it in lower levels. Too low levels have been linked to osteoporosis, muscle loss, and a weakened sex drive. For women, too much or too little testosterone can inhibit fertility and complicate pregnancy as well as reduce interest in sex.

Men’s sperm counts are falling dramatically in modern society. In 1940, sperm counts were typically well above 100 million sperm cells per milliliter. According to a Danish study, they have dropped to an average of 60 million per ml. Other studies find that between 15 and 20% of young men have sperm counts of less than 20 million per ml.

Despite all this, the biotech industry is fighting tooth and nail to keep these toxic, genetically engineered foods on your dinner plate. They are desperate to keep you from knowing what you’re eating—that’s why they, together with Big Food companies , are spending shocking amounts of money to keep GMO foods from being labeled as such.

Labeling GMOs is especially important now that we are seeing so many other health problems from GMO foods. In a ten-year long study on rats, mice, pigs, and salmon, scientists in Norway found that genetically engineered soy and corn causes obesity. It also causes significant changes in the digestive system and major organs, including the liver, kidneys, pancreas, and genitals. Rat and hamster studies have also found that the animals become sterile by the third generation.

Animals fed genetically modified soy and corn—specifically, soy and corn containing toxic proteins from the bacteria Bacillus thuriengensis, which kills insects that damage corn, soy, cotton, canola and other crops—were seen to be less able to digest proteins due to alterations in the micro-structure of their intestines. They also suffered immune system alterations.

On top of that, glyphosphate (the herbicide used on genetically modified soybeans) may be causing birth defects in animal fetuses. Roundup-Ready GMO soy is Argentina’s main crop, and Monsanto’s Roundup weed-killer is used in great quantities. Now scientists are seeing brain, intestinal, and heart defects in amphibian embryos. The scientists say the results “are completely comparable to what would happen in the development of a human embryo.”

Labeling GMO is a must. Please take action now to stop the Big Food companies that are selling so-called natural products from spending millions of dollars to deprive you of your right to know what foods contain GMO.

Please take action now.

Take Action!

30 Minutes of Daily Exercise Does the Trick: Same Effect in Half the Time

From Science Daily - Aug 22, 2012

Researchers at the University of Copenhagen have shown that 30 minutes of daily training provide an equally effective loss of weight and body mass as 60 minutes. Their results have just been published in the American Journal of Physiology.

Forty percent of Danish men are moderately overweight. For thirteen weeks, a research team at the Faculty of Health and Medical Sciences followed 60 heavy -- but healthy -- Danish men in their efforts to get into better shape. Half of the men were set to exercise for an hour a day, wearing a heart-rate monitor and calorie counter, while the second group only had to sweat for 30 minutes. Research results show that 30 minutes of exercise hard enough to produce a sweat is enough to turn the tide on an unhealthy body mass index:

"On average, the men who exercised 30 minutes a day lost 3.6 kilo in three months, while those who exercised for a whole hour only lost 2.7 kg. The reduction in body mass was about 4 kg for both groups," reports Mads Rosenkilde, PhD student, Department of Biomedical Sciences.

30 minutes of exercise training provide an extra bonus: "Participants exercising 30 minutes per day burned more calories than they should relative to the training program we set for them. In fact we can see that exercising for a whole hour instead of a half does not provide any additional loss in either body weight or fat. The men who exercised the most lost too little relative to the energy they burned by running, biking or rowing. 30 minutes of concentrated exercise give equally good results on the scale," explains Mads Rosenkilde.

Motivation to exercise

Mads Rosenkilde postulates that some of the explanation for the surprising results is that 30 minutes of exercise is so doable that participants in the study had the desire and energy for even more physical activity after their daily exercise session. In addition, the study group that spent 60 minutes on the treadmill probably ate more, and therefore lost slightly less weight than anticipated.

"The participants in our study trained every day for three months. All training sessions were planned to produce a light sweat, but participants were expected to increase the intensity and give it gas three times a week," explains Mads Rosenkilde. He is also surprised at the research results, and the goal now is to study the effects of other types of exercise:

"Another interesting scenario is to study exercise as a form of transport. Training is fantastic for your physical and mental health. The problem is that it takes time. If we can get people to exercise along the way -- to work, for example -- we will have won half the battle," says Mads Rosenkilde.

On the right wavelength

The research results are unique, because participants in the study belong to the large but often overlooked group of moderately overweight men, who have gradually become forty percent of the male population in Denmark.

Participants in the study wanted a lifestyle change with the help of exercise training, and in the period of the study, they were followed closely by health science researchers with focus on energy balance, insulin resistance and hormones in the blood. Ethnologists also took part in order to uncover the cultural barriers involved in training and changing well entrenched habits.

The broad interdisciplinary approach of the FINE project -- a Danish acronym for Physical Activity for a Long Healthy Life -- has generated extremely strong data. Very few research subjects dropped out, because of the focus on participants' motivation to exercise, both early on -- and during -- the process:

"We have really been on the same wavelength as our research subjects -- and the FINE study covered all aspects of training, both physical and psychological," concludes Mads Rosenkilde.

The Sutra of Golden Light: Passing From This Life to the Next

Anthony Guilbert’, Contributing Writer
Waking Times

In the ‘Sutra of Golden Light’ Guatama Siddhartha, the Shakyamuni Buddha invites anyone experiencing misery and affliction, bad health, poverty, loss, abuse, ill will, fear, nightmares, or any other harm to hear his words. He states: “To these sentient beings I shall reveal this sutra called ‘Sublime Golden Light,’ which rids one of every harmful misdeed, and expounds upon the profound.”

During his discourse, Guatama gives testimony to the life of Lord Ratnashikhin, a Buddha from an earlier Æon. He tells us Lord Ratnashikhin vowed “ . . . at the time of death, whoever in the ten directions hears my name, may they transmigrate from their world and be reborn in the heaven of the Trayastrimsa. There, may they be equal among the gods.” Guatama goes on to discuss, in some detail, how he used the name of this earlier Buddha to save a community of fish whose pond was drying up. The higher state discussed in this sutra is the Heaven of the Trayastrimsha gods.

In Buddhist cosmology, the ‘Trayastrimsa Heaven is an extraterrestrial paradise in this ‘world system’ where inhabitants enjoy magnificence and pleasure for life spans of many centuries. The “Buddhist cosmology (or universe) is distinctly different from that of other religions which usually only recognize this solar system, with Earth as the centre of the Universe, and the only planet with living beings.” This position is contrary to the Buddhist perspective, which recognizes ‘life is the rule not the exception’ in the universe.

The ‘Trayastrimsa Heaven’ is named for the 33 people who were reborn there after doing selfless acts of charity on Earth. It is said inhabitants of this world, the ‘Trayastrimsha gods,’ visited Shakyamuni Buddha during his lifetime to receive the dharma.
. . . In Practice

The English poet Lord Byron called “Death, the sable smoke where vanishes the flame;” though most cultures are less romantic about it. In fact, almost globally, humans fear death. Still, it comes to us as a great teacher.

When we encounter those who are dying, or have just passed, we have an opportunity to engender Lord Ratnashikhin’s vow. Simply chanting or saying this sutra: “Namu Sugata Ratnashikhin,” over those who are passing will help them to be reborn into the ‘Trayastrimsha Heaven.’ Don’t worry about getting the pronunciation correct, like many spiritual matters, it is the intent that counts most.

In fact, it takes very little to help those who are passing. All Ratnashikhin’s vow requires of us is a small amount of presence, the intent to help, and the ability to act. Three qualities that if cultivated regularly, would improve everyone’s lives.

The most profound aspect of this practice is that it is not limited to humans. Guatama’s own example saves not a village of people, but a community of fish. More and more the natural world is at odds with human culture and we encounter dying animals with much greater frequency. The ability to help them pass on to a better world is quite possibly the best gift we can give them until we can engineer a less caustic human world.
For a moment, let’s get back to the three qualities needed to enact Ratnashikhin’s vow. ‘Presence, Intent, and Action:’ an adept spiritual practitioner will see these qualities are nested in the core of every deep tradition. By bringing them into our death practices, we engender the act of dying with the dignity and wisdom of life.

Ratnashikhin’s vow engages the living as well, as the dying, in the act of passing on, transforming fear & loss into an opportunity for compassionate action.

Shamanism and the Sexual Center

Shamanism and the Sexual Center
By R. Mark Sink

"The sex center is the neutralizing center in relation to the instinctive and the moving centers. The lower story can exist by itself, because the three centers in it are the conductors of the three forces. The thinking and the emotional centers are not indispensable for life." G. I. Gurdjeiff, ISOTM page 115 [1]
According to Eastern philosophy, each center has both negative and positive aspects in which the sexual center may override using either negative energy or positive energy. If the sexual center uses the negative energy, it is called pornography. A further element of this is called Ponerology, where evil is created.

Pornography is better described as cognitive infiltration of the thinking and emotional centers, in effect setting off the three centers to operate independently from actual constructive logic, using the innate disposition as negative energy. With that said, pornography is much more complicated an endeavor of psychological warfare which inspires warmongering and hate as a formal business.

In Shamanism, life is considered a religious practice that must reveal truth in relation to the known centers. Having sexual intercourse is not pornography as looking at naked people through photography. The interpretation that concludes from interaction with mediation must rely on what is known of each center and its relationship to determine the level of cognition.

People who create websites that are associated with pornography reveal the amount of cognitive infiltration that exists and the dependency of it literally making fools of themselves to engage in further cognitive infiltration well known to cause mental deterioration.

This is a human right and everyone has the right to make fools of themselves either through creation, or by participation in society abnormalities.

The better question to ask is what is abnormal? The majority of people living in the United States are unmarried. According to the CDC only 7 percent of the population is married. That is a third less than the amount of people who are currently residing in arrest-for-profit prisons.

This should seem shocking and one wonders what marriage is really about. One may assume this is love but when considering all the facts, that would obviously not be the case, rather it may be more of a bondage type situation as well known in this materialized malevolent country.

Although love must be considered in some marriages at least for a while, the truth may be more associated with the manners at which a form of status is created whether between opposite sexes or non-opposites. Status overrides life processing in whole tied to the disaster capital that entraps life formation through that form of slavery.

To call someone a prostitute is completely meaningless. True prostitution envelopes all that is cognitive infiltration in all monetary forms which includes corporate hegemony and political plutocracy whether the sexual center is implemented or not, it becomes effective.

The effectiveness of a form of slavery increases prostitution in literal form since a majority of human life is not able to find or share in the manifestation of critical thinking and emotional integrity these are given to the beasts as cloaks in theatrical institutions.

The fact that people are able to find love with others is beyond any laws that have been made. The manner at which one induces friendship is best kept as a personal experience of thought and emotion that is not digitized in any way through such as mediation and conspiracy of communication over community.

It is better advised to use this status as a form of meditation which can be practiced and increasing one's ability to remove the illusions of indifferences that do not exist. The implantation of indifference is a false-flag implying one is without emotion, yet this is completely untrue.

There are many psychological manners in which thought and emotion are destroyed and painted upon other targets as distraction. I'm sure you can think of a few. Shamassiah is a place where YOU is hidden, I do not track you like you're not-so-smart phone, or your chicken track emails, which are all monitored by pornographers. If you email me I reserve the right to post your email for all the world to see, so remember how fairly useless they are unless they are made public.

Shamassiah may or may not create videos in the future, however, it is intended to support people in finding love and understanding the transparency that accompanies relationship is sacred space.

What remembers is essence not personality as if personality is assigned, it perverts everything to the relationship ascribing it all to itself. The constancy of living in personality associates something called black magic and is strongly ponerized. It relies on a typography which then is assumed it can think and have emotions similar to astrology.
"For this reason, personality can dislike precisely what essence likes - and like what essence does not like. Here is where the struggle between essence and personality begins. Essence knows what it wants but cannot explain it. Personality does not want to hear of it and takes no account of it. It has its own desires. And it acts in its own way. But its power does not continue beyond that moment. After that, in some way or another, the two essences have to live together. And they hate one another." G. I. Gurdjieff, ISOTM p254
This is the first example of the machine in man and woman and how mechanicalness is construed apparent. Moreover, it is advised not to associate this mechanicalness to the teachings of Carl Jung concerning anima and animus, or a hypothesizing reversal of power when the dynamics can be discerned in even simpler ways then he described.

Mechanicalness must be described for what it is without delusion. One of the best ways to understand this is by giving another person a hug, and one begins to notice the dynamics of the machine. Why do you think schools disallow this behavior? The answer is quite simple, it reveals how mechanical schools really are and how little they really offer in the overall ability of the participant to survive equality among others.

Families are charged exorbitant amounts of their livelihoods to procure these institutions that rise in status quo by the exorbitant amounts of monetary reward assigned to the primary shepherds of them where the machine has no bounds.

In the institution, the careerists are born, and the usurpation of the sexual center for other purposes. This is contrary to community and the recognition of the essence of assignment. A whole new world now exists within the topographical element which assumes its reality.
"One knows them immediately. Their ideological allegiances do not matter. They have the faraway eyes of the disconnected, along with nebulous histories and suspicious and vague associations. They tell incongruous personal stories and practice small deceits that are part of a pathological inability to tell the truth. They can be personable, even charming, but they are also invariably vain, dishonest and sinister. They cannot be trusted. It does not matter what side they are on. They were all the same. Gangsters. "
Chris Hedges describes the war in the shadows of secret personality and it is deadly and heavily ponerized.
"Each of us tend to think we see things as they are, that we are objective. But this is not the case. We see the world, not as it is, but as we are - or as we are conditioned to see it. - Stephen. R. Covey "
Both the chief forms of slavery and liberation exist within these concepts. Critical to the transmutation that occurs out of the sexual center, and the alchemy noting coarse to fine in that of metals, it is stated that both invention and theory lead directly to psychopathy. (P256)

Sexual psychopaths are inferior in the work of Shamanism and religious exercise according to G. I. Gurdjieff. The idea that a normal sexual life and abstinence are intertwined as an invention leads to the abuse of sex where energy is exchanged between the apparent centers. An example is when energy from the instinctive or moving centers is borrowed for the sexual center or vice-versa. Special study is required to understand the sexual center and its dynamic where philosophy steps in with additional hypothesis such as hydrogen assignment.

The sexual center stands out in difference to the four apparent centers known as spiritual, physical, intellectual, and emotional. These centers are halved by both positive and negative forces, however, the sexual center is either a pleasant sensation, a pleasant feeling, or nothing at all and a absence of all sensation.

Often, the sexual center will unite with the negative part of the instinctive and emotional centers leading to unpleasant sensations which are evoked through them as some great virtue or something original. Again, according to G. I. Gurdjieff, this is simply disease. The sexual center is much stronger and quicker than all the others which is often subjugated through buffers bringing it entirely to naught, in effect, the other centers rob it of all its power. When information is presented that has been robbed from the sexual center and displayed by such as the thinking, emotional, and moving, a particular taste appears topographically assigned and often out of place. Here are a few examples of this haywire occurring.
"The thinking center writes books, but in the making use of the energy of the sex center it does not simply occupy itself with philosophy, science, or politics - it is always fighting something, disputing, criticizing, creating new subjective theories. The emotional center preaches Christianity, abstinence, asceticism, or the fear and horror of sin, hell, the torment of sinners, eternal fire, all this with the energy of the sex center....Or on the other hand it works up revolutions, robs, burns, kills, again with the same energy. The moving center occupies itself with sport, creates various records, climbs mountains, jumps fences, wrestles, fights, and so on. In all these instances, that is, in the work of the thinking center and well as in the work of the emotional and moving centers, when they work with the energy of the sex center, there is always one general characteristic and this is a certain particular vehemence and, together with it, the uselessness of the work in question. Neither the thinking nor the emotional nor the moving centers can ever create anything useful with the energy of the sex center. This is an example of the abuse of sex." p258
In some cases, the sexual center is plundered by the others leaving it to steal energy just to survive. Although the food of impression that is available in the sex center is superior just as in the well known imagery of the face of Buddha. This impression and its understanding is that of a new birth and creative disposition which holds subordination to it as in the concept of gravitational waves. In the use of its own energy a central force is accomplished such as known in architectural asymmetry which historically seemed impossibly construed.

Gurdjeiff makes the statement that the sexual center stands on a higher level with the higher emotional center subordinating all centers to this organization. (p259) A certain duality exists in relation to particular aspects, such as thoughts oppose feelings, moving impulses oppose instinctive cravings for quiet, and these positive/negative aspects are equally mechanical in nature, equally independent of will, and lead equally to no aim of any kind.

Through conscious motives against mechanical processes proceeding according to the laws of duality, one can achieve a permanent third principle called the transformation of duality into trinity thwarting previous accidental and neutralizing shocks of stupidity. Through stages of development, and progressing logistically from a numerical standpoint, Gurdjieff implies that a permanent seal may be formed he calls the Seal of Solomon.

"Symbols"
Symbols can never be fully interpreted, they can only be experienced. There is also division of meaning each not necessarily aware of the next, however, the tarot was to claim them and even with good intention may become an instrument of delusion. Although they all return to the law of octaves which defines them through their various fundamentalists. Symbology enhances the veil which signifies pure doing embedded upon it. Eventually one may see the transparency of the veil in effect a practical way to resist unwanted sexual energy that associates the narcissistic element which prevents any new knowledge be obtained. The habitual methodology of exactitude in literacy only leads to inexactitude in meaning.

In my research, it was decided that a relationship would be built for each center in blog format which can be seen by clicking on my name at the end of this post. Although, it was not definitively an idea to build each one, the first two were intentional, then a third was built, and finally, a fourth was added assuming that was the extent of creation. Only at this precise moment was it decided to add the sexual center and begin to work it. The date is August 20, 2012 at this moment.

"Macka Maria Wee on left"
Having studied Shamanism and eastern philosophy for many years, I became interesting in these aspects of religious exercise when I learned my great-great grandmother was full-blooded Cherokee. I was even able to obtain a name from my grandmother which was "Macka Maria Wee." I remember I was fascinated by this information and at least partially this affected my copulation of life. This may have helped me to discover the law of three and its effects.

I saw a world that was trapped in a mirror of deceit in that religion seemed an escape from the truth more than any other form as a way to invent a corporal delusion of symbology where killing was completely acceptable, and abuse of sex the norm wrought with innuendos. This forced a quick marital status to suffice ritual when ritual had not been officially formed outside robber barons. Nevertheless, I sought to escape both inured rituals and greedy interference in my conduct and became quite successful.

Today, that story has changed dramatically, as haywire is the new frequency and even more ritual developed as control methodology where religion is the veil unseen. Religion is thought to be a relative concept and representative of that which is lived individually, that is to say, what is suitable for one individual is not necessarily suited for another, and each of its own kind. Religion is not thinking or feeling it, unless essence is recognized, it is merely fantasy. If one claims a religion yet on record appreciates warring, one has no right to it in the first place.

In that case, recognition of the one, there is none, rather there is an I that does not recognize the we that has become they. In avoiding these dilemmas of delusion, mental recapitulation is required which may be a formal prayer not of petition, but of learning within about oneself. According to history, the origin of Christianity is strongly associated with a school, such as a library. Gurdjieff claims in his writings that Christianity is of Egyptian origin, not that which is normally associated with Egyptian history which claims the Great Pyramid of Giza was built in 20 years or is of the dated 2500 B.C., rather at least four-fold older than this perceived date.

Of course, I find this again fascinating to think of as my Cherokee grandmother and her sacred heritage that became the usurpation of the indigenous people originating out of these periods of time surrounding the Kyrie of impression. Of course, if one imagines being at a point in time preceding the Anno Domini effect it doesn't seem to make any sense and lives as a recreation albeit what had already been learned and lost in time.

In essence, the veiling of the ark of the covenant as arcane time formulates a record of custom, but the ark itself is known to be much more powerful. As a suggestion, the inertial frame E=MC2 is pussy in comparison. It is thought that the pyramids of Egypt are built for the burial of their kings, however, this is only speculation. The astrological precession entwines a navigable ring of stars that assign points in time that have been specifically addressed aligning the Taurus as the hypothesized alien hand that rests upon 2500 B.C. However, the Sphinx does align with Leo in 10,500 B.C. according to Graham Hancock. [2]

The endless interlocking tangents of wonder within the Great Pyramid bring out the argument between the golden ratio and Pi itself to initiate the cubit as a formal geometric deviation. A specific focus was made to the equinoxes and a intensification of alignments to the nature of the earth itself, and her electromagnetic spectrum. [3]

The techniques of religion take on many forms associating the body just as the earth is presented. Exercises of repetition for the temple, various postures and prayers, different kinds of meditation, breathing practices and associations to the muscles, all religious in nature. The process of calling out the ego is found where an individual kneels and says the word "ego," slowly to find its position in the spatial sense.

In these ancient practices, a finer element is obtained in relation to the organic world that associate the planetary influences. Our dependence on the organic world is indispensable, thus if the moon becomes dissatisfied with the apparent food, the system begins to deteriorate, so these relationships of balance are critical in understanding the mechanical manipulations which includes the physical moving world, the aboriginal complex of a breathing being, the spiritual solidarity, and the experiences of changes that are the fire in time.

The sexual orientation is according to Gurdjeiff at the heart of every conceivable function particularly those things well known in society which rob the centers of their energy without their consideration.
